Stunning Armorial Coat of Arms Carved Agate Antique Wax Desk Seal

Description

A stunning antique carved agate handled desk wax seal. The handle is very tactile and has a nice polished multicolored agate stone. The base is a high relief white metal with floral and scroll motif. The matrix features a detailed unresearched armorial coat of arms. Total length is 2.5 inches and the base is approximately .50 inch. Very light signs of wear, no chips or losses to the agate stone handle. A beautiful item of high quality and weight from the 19th century.
