I find items from all over (estate sales, yard sales, thrift shops) and can not guarantee that it comes from a smoke free or pet free place.

Payment is required within 24 hours of winning the auction or purchasing the item.

We use PayPal for all payments.

We use the unpaid item automated service that Ebay provides and this is set to open a case two days after an auction closes or an item is purchased.

We only ship to the continental United States.

Most items ship via USPS unless the weight is heavy. Then it goes UPS Ground.

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays to ship the item back. Returned Item must be packaged as originally shipped with no damage.

Outside of carton must be taped securely shut. Delivery Confirmation is a must. We refund the amount of the product. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days after receipt of returned merchandise. Please note: If funds for the original payment have not cleared PayPal and are still pending the issue of a refund will be delayed until funds have cleared.

If an item is damaged during transit please take pictures of the packaging and save it. Also take pictures of the damaged item and then contact me. There are times a problem can be resolved prior to shipping an item back. It could save us both some time and shipping costs.
